Keely Mancini
Keely first started practicing Pilates in 1987 to compliment her training as a Contemporary Dancer.
After leaving the dance world she moved into the fitness industry. In 1998 feeling that her body was lacking the mobility and deeper strength that it once had, she found herself back in the Pilates studio.
Reigniting her love of Pilates, Keely decided to move away from mainstream fitness and her Pilates career began. Keely has been teaching and educating in the Pilates industry for over 25 years, working both in London and Australia, her style of teaching is reflective of her dance training and a belief that good movement is a combination of awareness around what your body needs, how it moves and facilitating an opportunity for it to do that well.
Education is key, Keely currently works with Polestar Pilates Australia as an Educator and Mentor which is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. To share and learn from students and colleagues is something that adds depth to her teaching, and she loves the opportunity to pass this onto her clients.
Keely also continues to work on her own professional development and most recently completed her Franklin Method Teacher Training Level 1 and 2.
